      I’m Sope Agbelusi. Over the past 15 years, I’ve led billion-dollar transformations and partnered with organisations like Google, Nike, KPMG, Spotify, and HSBC. I’ve worked with dozens of first-time executives who looked ready on paper but felt uncertain in practice. They came struggling with the same things: making decisions everyone scrutinises, leading without all the answers, and figuring out who they need to become now that the old playbook doesn’t work.
