Over the past six months, Sope Agbelusi worked with Coventry City Council to provide coaching and mentoring support to our new and re-established Employee Networks as part of the Council’s wider commitment to Workforce Diversity & Inclusion.
Sope enabled our Employee Networks to flourish by providing clarity on their direction, strategic guidance, and critical challenges where appropriate. The work has enabled our Employee Networks to have a renewed relationship with the wider organisation, our employees and our Trade Unions.
Each of our Employee Networks now have a set of defined values, and as a result of Sope’s work with Coventry City Council, our Employee Networks are thriving and making a valuable impact not only in the area of Diversity & Inclusion but also in how we deliver services to the citizens of Coventry.
