It’s nearly the end of the day, you’re sitting near the front row of a vast, slightly chilly conference room. The programming has coalesced into this — a keynote that promises to encapsulate all you’ve learned. An hour later, you remove your lanyard, gather the myriad conference materials you’ve accumulated from booths and sessions, and shuffle toward the exit. Before you’ve hit the door, you’re already preparing for your flight home.

There should be warmth. There needs to be an impact. There must be a shift.
My keynotes are different. They’re about leadership, culture, and relationships — intangibles that make you think deeply and get curious about your path, purpose, and possibility. My keynotes also focus on promoting better communication and a stronger sense of community in the corporate sector, because I believe authentic leadership is based on trust and mutual understanding.
When was the last time you went to a conference and left changed?
